Finastra in Portugal is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization with operational excellence, reliable CRM data, and data-driven insights in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will partner with regional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses, support deal desks, and translate business requirements into effective solutions while driving process improvements across pricing and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
• Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support to the sales org via the support queue.
• Support Executive Deal Desk activities and maintain CRM records.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
• Gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver training on Salesforce and pricing processes.
• Assist testing and validation of system changes prior to production deployment.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across the sales org.
• Leverage AI to enhance productivity and decision-making.
