Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements, meetings, correspondence, filing, and local office logistics.
• Invoicing/expense documentation and supporting financial admin.
• Update Pipedrive CRM and prepare weekly/monthly reports for HQ.
• Conduct phone/warm/cold outreach and re-engage stalled leads.
• Onboard hotel groups and conduct post-sales check-ins.
