Job summary

TeamViewer seeks a dynamic Team Lead to steer an SDR team across the EMEA region, driving outbound prospecting, coaching, and performance excellence. You will align with Sales Leadership and Marketing to optimize campaigns, uphold processes, and deliver robust pipeline generation.

English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven performance management, and building a culture of accountability and growth within a fast-paced software sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales development with 1+ year leading a team
• Experience coaching sales professionals in tech/software
• Strong outbound prospecting and MEDDPICC knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
