You will resolve payroll inquiries, gather data, and follow established workflows to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing, discrepancies, platform usage, and standard payroll processes through email, chat, phone, and other support channels while meeting established service-level expectations.
• Gather and assess relevant customer information, documentation, and system data to diagnose payroll issues and determine resolutions.
• Follow established support workflows and documentation to ensure cases are handled consistently and efficiently.
• Escalate complex or unfamiliar cases to senior team members with clear documentation of issues and actions.
• Keep customers informed about case status, timelines, and next steps using clear payroll language.
