Unit4 is hiring a HR Ops & Payroll Advisor on a 12-month contract to support a global workforce across multiple regions. You will manage payroll inputs and outputs with external vendors, ensure statutory compliance, and own HR operations for regional employee lifecycles.

You will validate inputs, perform reconciliations, and handle post-payroll checks while managing SLAs. Collaboration with Local People Experience Consultants and use of AI tools are encouraged.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in Payroll, HR, or both.
• Multi-country or multi-entity HR and payroll experience.
• Employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, job changes, offboarding, time & attendance.
• Exposure to statutory filings or government compliance in at least one jurisdiction.
• Used to working with SLAs and case/query management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll inputs and outputs for at least 3 regions in partnership with external payroll vendors.
• Own input validation, GTN analysis, reconciliations, and post-payroll checks for your regions.
• Analyse and action correspondence from government and tax authorities.
• Manage statutory filings and compliance deadlines across both regions.
• Identify, expedite, and follow through on vendor errors; manage corrections and off-cycle runs as needed.
• Monitor and flag legislative changes that impact payroll processing.
• Own the employee lifecycle for your regions: contracts, amendments, onboarding docs, promotions, time and attendance, offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR data in the HRIS across all employee changes.
• Handle employee and manager requests via ServiceNow within SLAs.
