C colep Packaging is seeking a Payroll Specialist for its Vale de Cambra, Portugal operations. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, onboarding and termination administration, and time management for staff and temporary workers.

You will ensure statutory compliance, manage payroll-related data, and prepare KPI reports. The position offers a continuous learning environment within a multinational packaging group.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law.
• Knowledge of HR management tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and acquire new knowledge.
• Flexibility, proactivity and versatility.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring calculation accuracy and compliance with established procedures and statutory deadlines.
• Manage the administrative processes related to employee onboarding and termination, including procedures with Social Security and other authorities.
• Ensure time and attendance management and control for employees and temporary agency workers (holidays, absences, overtime).
• Prepare information for data updates and responses to official questionnaires and surveys, including the Annual Single Report.
• Manage information related to life, health and occupational accident insurance, including enrolments, terminations, updates and claims.
• Prepare monthly payroll-related KPIs and reports.
• Support the supervision of the Payroll & Time Management teama activities, contributing to daily operations.
