You will partner with managers and employees to deliver accurate monthly payroll, administer local benefits, and ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws and GDPR.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree required.
• 4+ years of HR experience combining HR Generalist duties with payroll/benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law, local tax structures, social security, and CBAs.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and Portuguese payroll solutions.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Portugal payroll preparation, validation, and data entry.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries on payslips, leaves, and benefits.
• Audit payroll data with external providers to ensure accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Manage relationships with payroll provider and ensure timely, compliant payroll processing.
• Oversee local benefits programs and statutory leave tracking.
