Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Partner Solution Architect to accelerate our partner ecosystem. You will onboard and certify partner resources, lead joint business planning, and enable partner teams with demonstrations and value proofs. You will represent partner concerns to Datadog product and engineering teams and help prioritize new features.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating across global teams to drive partner success and Datadog platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT Development and/or Operations.
• 10–15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Self-starter, tech-savvy with business acumen and ability to articulate value.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner resources.
• Lead joint business planning and ensure alignment between Datadog and Partner teams.
• Support partner initiatives such as customer demos and proofs of value; conduct enablement workshops.
• Advocate for Partners' technical needs with Datadog teams and drive resolution.
• Analyze partner services and recommend enhancing adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and services to identify and prioritize new features.
• Evolve lead/best practices for platform adoption and success.
