Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. in Lisbon seeks a Specialist Partner Business for Franchise Markets to manage a portfolio of franchise partners across Europe and worldwide. You will train formats, adapt products locally, and support partner sales opportunities while coordinating with operations, pricing, and sales teams.

The role requires a business-focused mindset, English fluency, and strong MS Office and CRM tool experience, with a hybrid work setup in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar, with first working experience in mobility, tourism, e-commerce, or sales operations.
• Interest in mobility and tourism with knowledge of global travel trends and distribution players.
• Service mindset with ownership and willingness to learn.
• Digital & AI mindset; strong MS Office skills; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Analytical thinking with ability to derive actions from data and KPIs.
• Ability to structure and summarize messages and cooperate across functions.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage market for a European and global partner portfolio as first-level contact.
• Train formats, adapt products to local needs, perform quality checks and drive partner sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Franchisees and internal teams (operations, accounting, pricing, sales) to resolve requests and support growth.
• Create and update relevant documentation; monitor performance and share insights for improvements.
• Develop market intelligence and competitor monitoring to inform strategy and actions.
• Standardize reports and track KPIs for different stakeholders.
