Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Specialist Partner Business for Franchise Markets (m/f/d) in Lisbon. The role focuses on market management for franchise partners across Europe and beyond, acting as the first point of contact and steering day-to-day operations.

You will train formats, tailor products to local needs, perform quality checks, and collaborate with internal departments to unlock opportunities and drive growth globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• Experience with partner management or B2B in travel/transport sectors is a plus.
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own market management for a portfolio of Franchisees in Europe and worldwide.
• Develop and adapt products to local needs, training formats, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Pricing, Sales) to drive growth.
• Create and update documentation, monitor KPIs, and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor monitoring to support growth.
• Standardize reports to track B2P developments for stakeholders.
