Deel is seeking a client-focused onboarding professional to migrate customers from acquired companies to the Deel platform. You will act as trusted advisor, manage onboarding projects, and champion product capabilities to expand each client’s use of Deel.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless client experience and on-time delivery. You will lead stakeholder communications, drive change management, and help design efficient onboarding

Qualificações

Minimum 2–5 years in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role for a B2B SaaS product.
Strong knowledge of the managed payroll domain, able to discuss payroll concepts with clients confidently.
Ability to learn systems quickly to support clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

Create project plans with key deliverables and dates.
Lead regular status meetings and reporting with customers.
Manage data migrations from acquired companies into Deel including reconciliation and QA gates.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deadlines and expectations.
Coach teammates on processes and Deel products and handle escalations.
