Deel is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard clients and enable seamless integration of Deel’s payroll and HR platform. You’ll work closely with clients to understand needs, configure the platform, and guide them through the implementation process.

The role blends technical setup with strong customer focus, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s global payroll and compliance solution, with opportunities to contribute to expansion into new markets.

Qualificações

• Fluent level of French and English.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems.
• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and PM software (Asana, Jira).

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition to Deel’s platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and configure Deel’s solutions accordingly.
• Provide product guidance during implementation, including setup, integrations, and testing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for smooth handoffs from sales to implementation.
