Deel is seeking a client‑facing professional to manage a diverse account portfolio across markets. You will identify risks, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and act as the voice of the customer for product and process feedback.

You will deliver a high‑quality client experience, coordinate internal responses, and drive platform adoption to improve retention and revenue growth. This role rewards curiosity, analytical thinking, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing work.
• Experience in at least one: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong relationship-building and crisis management capabilities.
• Quantitatively inclined with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and high responsibility.
• Proven track record of achievement in prior roles.
• Solid analytical foundation for data synthesis.
• Curiosity and impact-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within a market segment.
• Identify and flag risks that could lead to churn and coordinate resolution.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular reviews.
• Be the voice of the customer by sharing product and operational feedback.
• Provide a high-quality client experience day-to-day.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely responses to requests.
