Job summary

Pebl is seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Customer Onboarding team. You will be the primary contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them from contract signature through successful employee onboarding across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business experience with customer-facing roles in operational excellence.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments is required.
• English proficiency at a business level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding sessions with clear timelines and roles.
• Guide customers from contract signature to successful onboarding across countries.
• Collaborate across Sales, Onboarding, CX, Product, Finance and more.
• Provide consultative guidance on global hiring and country-specific requirements.
• Maintain visibility into onboarding progress and communicate risks.
