Pebl is seeking a strategic Global Benefits specialist to lead the What and Where of our global benefits portfolio. You will own the design, negotiation, and product partnership strategy, ensuring our offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our goal of a high attach rate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in benefits delivery.
• Experience building relationships with HR business partners and HRIS.
• Ability to work across departments to drive results.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We are seeking a strategic Global Benefits specialist to lead the What and Where of our global benefits portfolio. You will own the design, negotiation, and product partnership strategy, ensuring our supplemental benefits offerings are competitive, scalable, and fully aligned with our goal of reaching a 67% company-wide attach rate. You will champion a Benefits-First approach, shifting our strategy from allowance-based models to high-margin, revenue-generating insurance plans.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Plan Design & Roadmap: Source and contract with vendors to implement new plans, managing a global renewal calendar of 70+ plans annually.

• Vendor Management: Negotiate commercial terms and proactively manage broker relationships to ensure quality and competitive pricing.

• Product Road Map: Partner with product teams to integrate benefits into our global platforms, prioritizing features like Day-1 enrollment.

• Program Socialization: Drive cross-functional engagement to align benefit strategy with ELT initiatives, GTM goals, and R&D product roadmaps.

• Strategic Renewal Quality: Lead the transition from zero-margin allowance spend to margin-bearing plans, optimizing our global P&L.
  

Preferred Skillsets

• Global Benefits Strategy & Design: Proven experience designing and standardizing local and global benefit plans into clear Core, Standard, and Premium packages. Ability to evaluate market practices to maintain competitiveness across top global markets.

• Vendor & Broker Management: Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial terms and managing relationships with 70+ global vendors, ensuring quality service and accountability.

• Financial & P&L Acumen: Analytical expertise in managing benefit costs, including identifying opportunities to shift zero-margin allowance spend into margin-bearing insurance plans to optimize revenue.

• Product Partnership & Roadmap Execution: Experience collaborating with R&D and product teams to integrate benefits strategy into software platforms, specifically improving platform visibility (e.g., GWP, OfferGen) and supporting Day-1 enrollment.

• Cross-Functional Socialization: Ability to lead cross-functional engagement, aligning benefit strategy with ELT initiatives, GTM goals, and sales enablement efforts.

• Project Management: Capability to manage a high-volume global renewal calendar, ensuring timely implementation, documentation, and maintenance of resources.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using attach rate trends and performance metrics to identify structural gaps, perform root cause analysis, and pivot strategy accordingly.

Let's Connect If You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

• 6+ years of experience in benefits delivery (experience in benefits management will be a plus)

• Track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as HR business partners and HRIS.

• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative through individual research and drive

• Ability to work across different departments to achieve results beneficial to the larger team

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong project management and execution skills

• Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, sound judgment, and diplomacy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, show adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; collaborating and serving all levels of the organization

• Technology literate, including Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and benefits-specific software

• Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance or other related experience; basic HR and payroll practices knowledge a plus
