Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to scale onboarding for its fastest-growing customer segment. You will lead the onboarding team from contract through go-live, adoption, and a clean handoff to Account Management, building world-class frameworks and scalable processes.

You will inherit dedicated ICs and senior coaches, focusing on onboarding velocity, deployment quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention while establishing capacity planning and strong

Qualificações

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding or implementation experience and team leadership.
• Proven ability to build or improve onboarding functions and frameworks.
• Experience leading distributed, global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Mid‑Market Onboarding team from sales handoff to go‑live and transition to Account Management.
• Develop frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for multi-property deployments.
• Own onboarding metrics such as velocity, quality, training completion, CSAT/NPS and retention.
• Plan capacity and staffing and partner with leadership on headcount decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
