Pleo is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to drive seamless onboarding journeys for our European and UK customers. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth activation, configuration, and adoption of our spend solutions.

You will excel at understanding customer needs, providing consultative guidance, and delivering training that accelerates time-to-value while building strong relationships and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer-facing onboarding or success experience.
• Fluent English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable onboarding plans.
• Proactive problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage onboarding projects for new customers across Europe and UK.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and finance to align timelines and success metrics.
• Configure and optimize onboarding workflows, activations, policies and integrations.
• Provide best practices and training to drive user adoption and value realization.
• Maintain customer relationships and collect feedback and CES scores.
• Capture testimonials and support handover to Customer Success.
