Pebl is seeking a strategic Global Benefits specialist to lead the What and Where of our global benefits portfolio. You will own the design, negotiation, and product partnership strategy, ensuring our offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our goal of a high attach rate.

You will design plans, manage vendor relationships for 70+ plans, work with product teams to integrate benefits into platforms, and drive cross-functional socialization to meet ELT and GTM objectives while

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in benefits delivery.
• Experience building relationships with HR business partners and HRIS.
• Ability to work across departments to drive results.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Plan design and roadmap for 70+ benefits plans annually.
• Negotiate terms and manage broker relationships to ensure quality.
• Partner with product teams to integrate benefits into platforms.
• Drive cross-functional socialization aligning with ELT and GTM goals.
• Lead strategic renewal quality and optimize global margins.
