Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience with Business Analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and support.
• Experience in Incident Management and functional support (L1/L2).
• Knowledge of HRIS and HR Technology solutions.
• Experience with SIT and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Reporting and dashboard creation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
• English proficiency (B2 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Ticket Management: Manage LMS support tickets and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Incident Support: Analyze and resolve system incidents, user issues, and functional requests.
• Access Management: Administer user access, roles, and security reviews.
• Testing & Quality: Execute testing activities to ensure system stability and quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide reporting and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
