CONKORD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People and Culture team. You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and connect exceptional professionals with high-impact technology projects.

You’ll collaborate with business leaders and international teams to grow CONKORD’s presence across Europe, shaping hiring strategies, improving candidate experience, and promoting our employer brand in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s/masters level degree in a relevant field such as HR, psychology or business.
• 2+ years of IT recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fluent English required; international recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and recruitment strategy.
• Identify, contact and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Promote employer brand and improve candidate experience across the process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition practices.
