CONKORD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People and Culture team. You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and connect exceptional professionals with high-impact technology projects.

You’ll collaborate with business leaders and international teams to grow CONKORD’s presence across Europe, shaping hiring strategies, improving candidate experience, and promoting our employer brand in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s/masters level degree in a relevant field such as HR, psychology or business.
• 2+ years of IT recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fluent English required; international recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and recruitment strategy.
• Identify, contact and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Promote employer brand and improve candidate experience across the process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition practices.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team.

This role goes beyond recruitment—it’s an opportunity to build strong talent pipelines and connect exceptional people with high-impact technology projects.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and international teams, playing a key role in growing CONKORD’s presence in one of Europe’s most competitive technology markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in IT and technology;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs;
• Identify, contact, and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking strategies;
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit;
• Contribute to initiatives promoting the employer brand and attracting talent;
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition processes and practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field;
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition;
• Experience recruiting for international markets is a plus;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong organizational skills;
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English is required;
