Konkret is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead tech recruitment in a fully remote, EU-timezone environment. You will own the end-to-end process for engineering, data, product, and infrastructure roles, from sourcing to final offer.

Collaborate with hiring teams to define requirements, source top candidates through diverse channels, and conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Build and refine recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs for a global talent strategy.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with a strong tech focus.
• Solid understanding of backend, frontend, cloud, data, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics).
• Able to operate in an English-speaking, international context.

Profile:

• You are comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment.
