CONKORD in Lisbon is launching its Talent Acquisition Academy, a 6-month IEFP Professional internship designed to train the next generation of recruitment professionals with hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle.

You will support end-to-end processes, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing skills across channels, and gain real insight into the tech market, while benefiting from mentorship and a strong benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs to candidate onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business challenges and talent requirements
• Develop sourcing skills across different channels and recruitment strategies
• Build close, personalized relationships with candidates throughout the process
• Participate in interviews and develop candidate assessment skills
• Contribute to an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the journey
• Gain real knowledge of the tech market — roles, skills, and profiles
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Take part in continuous improvement projects within the TA function.

• Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management or related fields
