HN Services Portugal is seeking an IT support specialist to join our international finance-focused team in Porto. You will handle requests from clients and partners by phone and email, following established procedures to maintain confidentiality and service quality.

You will work in an Agile environment, require fluent French (C1) and strong English (B2), and bring a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with colleagues.

Formación

• Experience in technical support or IT customer service.
• Good knowledge of data-related business domains.
• Experience in an Agile environment; banking or insurance experience is a plus.
• Fluent French (C1 minimum) and B2 English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive, autonomous team player.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to requests by phone and email, following established procedures and confidentiality requirements
