Qualifications
- Degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent.
- Extensive IT Business Partnering/ITSM experience in global manufacturing.
- Experience translating business needs into IT requirements.
- Proven ITIL/ITSM knowledge and governance experience.
- Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
- Experience leading reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Experience shaping and prioritising IT demand through governance.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Act as main contact between business stakeholders and Global IT to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into structured IT requirements and support prioritisation/delivery of projects and improvements.
- Oversee IT service delivery across the region, ensuring service quality, stability and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external service providers to meet KPIs.
- Promote ITSM best practices, process optimisation, automation and service improvements.
- Support service governance, risk management and compliance activities; ensure operational readiness for new or enhanced services.
