Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Global Digital Service Business Partner to shape and execute the Digital Strategy across our DT cluster spanning six factories. You will bridge IT, OT, ERP, and cybersecurity while aligning with digital governance and roadmaps.

With 5+ years in IT/digital roles, you will drive global initiatives, partner with factory heads, and ensure compliance-by-design across sites. Travel up to 20% and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as IT & Digital Business Partner in complex environments.
• Experience in IT/OT integration and multi-site international projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP/SAP ecosystems and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks; contributes to strategy development.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20% of the time.
• Advanced English; Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a globally aligned DT Digital Strategy across six factories.
• Partner with factory heads and Digital Services to capture and prioritize business needs.
• Support the definition and implementation of the target digital landscape, governance, architecture, and roadmap.
• Act as the central interface between factories, IT, OT, ERP, cybersecurity, leadership, and steering bodies.
• Drive consistency, reuse, and harmonization of digital solutions across sites and monitor progress.
• Embed a compliance-by-design approach with Siemens Energy standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2).
