Finastra is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a global Inside Sales team and accelerate revenue growth across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking. You will drive qualified pipeline, coach teams, and optimize processes in collaboration with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Executive Leadership.
You will also lead go-to-market initiatives, adopt new technologies, and improve productivity through modern sales tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
Qualificações
- Proven experience leading Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Demand Generation teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, demand generation, and pipeline creation.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, or financial services environments.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team.
- Drive qualified pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize demand generation.
- Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews.
