Siemens Energy is seeking an HR Systems Solution Architect to lead UKG WFM initiatives, driving analytics across global HR processes and IT platforms. You will collaborate with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions that align with country-specific demands.

The role requires strong consulting and communication skills, a broad technical background, and over five years of Time & Attendance exposure in a client-facing, waterfall and agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business domain.
• Expertise in Positive and Negative Time Keeping, Absence Management and Scheduling.
• 5+ years with Time and Attendance module and client-facing experience using Waterfall and Agile.
• Integration knowledge for HR processes and/or financial interfaces.
• Strong configuration and customization skills for analytics solutions.
• Ability to engage with partners at all levels.
• Willingness to travel 25–35%.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with global project teams for architecture and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with technology leaders, product owners, SMEs.
• Design solutions to meet functional requirements with quality and timeliness.
• Stay updated on UKG WFM features and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and guide analytics strategy.
• Coordinate with HR IT to align objectives with data solutions.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
