Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Manager for Time & Attendance Transformation in Porto. You will lead the end-to-end migration from the current eTime platform to UKG Time & Attendance, overseeing governance, risks and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

You will manage cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, IT and Operations, aligning requirements and delivering a compliant, scalable solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/IS or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing HR, Payroll or Workforce Management projects.
• Experience leading Time & Attendance implementations or migrations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and workforce management operations.
• Experience with UKG, Kronos, eTime or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Time & Attendance migration programme from eTime to UKG.
• Define project scope, timelines, governance, milestones and success criteria.
• Manage budgets, resources and implementation plans.
• Ensure alignment between HR, Payroll, Operations, IT and external vendors.
• Act as primary point of contact for senior leadership and sponsors.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and status reviews.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution across teams.
• Coordinate communication and change management activities.
• Supervise configuration, testing and data migration activities.
• Monitor risks and dependencies; coordinate UAT activities.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, labour law and timekeeping requirements.
• Validate audit controls and reporting capabilities.
• Establish post-go-live support and governance processes.

This professional will lead the end-to-end migration from the current eTime platform to the UKG Time & Attendance solution. This role will be responsible for project governance, stakeholder management, implementation oversight, risk mitigation, vendor coordination, and ensuring a successful transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership
  • Lead the overall Time & Attendance migration programme from eTime to UKG.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, governance structure and success criteria.
  • Manage project budgets, resources and implementation plans.
  • Ensure alignment between HR, Payroll, Operations, IT and external vendors.

Required Qualifications
