Siemens Energy seeks a Regional Time Management Manager to lead Time & Attendance services in Germany as part of a broad HR transformation. You will govern end-to-end delivery, align with Global Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders, and ensure compliant, efficient processes across borders.

Required are 5+ years in HR/Time Operations, SAP experience, German fluency, and strong analytical skills. You will collaborate with a global, diverse team and drive policy updates and governance across the Time

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in HR and Time Operations, including vendor management, for Germany.
• High level of affinity to and experience with Time solutions.
• Excellent in-depth analytical skills and detail oriented work style.
• International mind-set; experience in diverse teams.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications.
• Collaborative style with multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance).
• Strong understanding of legal and tariff regulations.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Be a major player in our HR transformation program.
• Define the future technology landscape for Time & Attendance, aligning with IT and stakeholders globally.
• Support the transition to the future state with Payroll and HR services teams.
• Contribute solutioning for Time & Attendance applications under service agreements.
• Manage data feeds from Time & Attendance systems to downstream payroll systems.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll on governance implementations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Lead multi-country HR systems implementation and changes.
• Draft and update policy documents and company agreements for Time Management in Germany.
• Be the first point of contact for Time Management matters in Germany.
