Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of HR systems analysis or HRIS administration experience.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interpersonal collaboration with HR, IT and external vendors.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws and data privacy related to HR tech.

Aufgaben

• Engage with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specs for HR systems.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes including compensation, performance management, learning & development, and benefits.
• Test new requirements before go-live.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain system documentation such as specs, flows, and user guides.
• Provide end-user support and work with tech teams for resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to support HR decisions.
