Thales in Lisbon is seeking an HR professional to be the friendly first point of contact for all HR-related topics. You will support new joiners, manage HR systems, and participate in ongoing HR projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field, is fluent in French, and possesses strong communication and detail-oriented skills. Experience with HR platforms like Workday is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French is mandatory for HR operations for Belgium.
• Experience with Workday or other HR platforms is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience proving skills in HR or management.

Responsabilidades

• Be the point of contact for HR-related topics.
• Support new joiners from offer letter to first day.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality in HR systems.
• Help international teams with onboarding and mobility.
• Create HR letters and documents to aid employees.
• Get involved in HR projects for continuous improvement.
