RemotePass is scaling its Employee Experience team and seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to support HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle management across the EMEA region.

The role requires 4+ years in HR support, strong cross-border coordination, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will handle onboarding workflows, employee inquiries, documentation, and collaboration with EX, Payroll, and Legal teams in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in HR support, onboarding coordination, or mobility operations across EMEA.
• Familiar with onboarding processes and employment docs in international contexts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English and Arabic.
• Proficient with HRIS and ticketing systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote team.
• Proactive service-oriented mindset in people operations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system across the EMEA region.
• Escalate complex issues to EX, Payroll, and Legal teams when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows for new hires across EMEA.
• Assist with mobility-related coordination (relocations, documentation).
• Ensure onboarding documentation reflects EMEA requirements.
• Maintain records in HRIS and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with EX team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support EX team projects and initiatives as needed.
