adidas | Porto, Portugal is seeking a Team Leader for GBS HR Services - Mobility Operations to lead day-to-day mobility operations across EMEA. You will manage relocations, assignments, immigration, and tax coordination in line with global policies, SLAs and compliance.

You will recruit, coach, and evaluate Mobility Specialists, drive performance, and partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Legal to uphold a seamless employee experience and governance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.
• 4+ years of progressive work experience in HR, with leadership experience.
• Prior experience leading or coordinating teams in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end EMEA mobility operations (relocations, assignments, immigration, tax coordination) in line with policies, SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Act as first-level escalation point for complex or sensitive mobility cases.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and appropriate escalation to senior management.
• Monitor service quality, cycle times, and backlog to ensure stable delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mobility Specialists / Senior Specialists.
• Set performance goals, KPIs, and priorities aligned with GBS Mobility objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.
• Drive onboarding, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to build resilience.
• Foster a quality-first, customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
