Usercentrics, a global leader in data privacy, seeks an experienced Manager to head HR Operations. You will lead a small team, own HRIS and payroll duties, and ensure compliance across German and other jurisdictions in a hybrid, multi-hub setup.

The role requires hands-on HRIS and payroll expertise, strong knowledge of German and international labor laws, and a focus on process improvements and automation to support diverse hubs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of HR operations experience in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of German and international labor law.
• Hands-on HRIS and payroll experience (Personio/Workday/SAP/PeopleSoft).
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small HR operations team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting, liaising with external vendors.
• Direct German payroll and compliance, coordinating with local regulations.
• Coordinate with finance for budget, headcount, and reporting.
• Ensure HR processes comply with German and international labor laws; conduct audits.
• Lead HR projects, tool evaluations, migrations, and policy rollouts.
• Be primary HR contact for German/Portuguese employees, aligning global practices with local laws.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and market best practices; monitor HR KPIs.
