Inspired Education Group in Lisbon seeks a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. You will act as a trusted partner to school leaders while taking ownership of the transition from Talent Acquisition to the employee's first day.

While onboarding and global mobility coordination are core, you will support employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure a seamless, legally compliant environment across our schools.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Operations.
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Education sector experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with school leaders on people-related matters.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, mobility, and compliance activities.
• Assist with changes in contracts and HR policies.
• Ensure smooth, compliant HR operations across all schools.
