Zusammenfassung

Vida Plena, a Lisbon-based hospitality group, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support venues across Portugal and the UK. You’ll partner with operations leaders, manage employee relations end-to-end, and help build fair, compliant people processes.

You’ll work hands-on with heads of departments, coach managers, oversee HR data, compliance and compensation, and drive performance and people initiatives in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles in hospitality.
• Familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Hands-on experience owning employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
• Credibility with operators and ability to give direct, practical advice.
• Data-informed mindset; using HR metrics and AI to spot trends.
• Experience supporting organisational change in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Plus: experience setting up HR in a new country or entity.

Aufgaben

• Business Partnering: act as first contact for venue managers on people topics.
• Employee Relations: own ER cases end to end with documentation.
• Strategic Alignment: translate goals into People priorities.
• Workforce Planning & Succession: plan headcount and budgets for venues.
• People Data & Insights: use HR metrics and turnover data to drive actions.
• Change Management: guide teams through restructures and policy rollouts.
• Labour Law & Compliance: apply Portuguese Labour Law across venues.
• Compensation: maintain salary grid and assist with pay reviews.
• Performance & Leadership: run PM scheme for managers and leaders.
• People Projects: contribute to OKRs, engagement surveys and eNPS.
