Job summary

Organon is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist in Lisbon to join the HR Employee Services team. You will support employees on HR topics, manage onboarding, changes, and terminations, and collaborate with multiple HR teams across countries.

You will handle HR data, policy inquiries, and case management with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR operations, shared services, or generalist experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment with multiple countries.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR employee services support across onboarding, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in the service platform.
• Handle employee inquiries and case management with timely responses.
• Ensure compliance with European labor laws and GDPR; support audits.
• Train and coach new team members and contribute to SOP updates.
• Collaborate with HR partners, CoEs, and vendors across countries.
