Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience with business partnering and generalist responsibilities.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including advising and influencing senior stakeholders and navigating priorities.
• Demonstrated project management experience delivering HR projects and people workstreams end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering and stakeholder management with leaders to deliver people plans.
• Workforce planning and organisational effectiveness, identifying capability gaps with business and Finance.
• End-to-end project management of HR initiatives, tracking milestones, risks and budgets.
• Lead transformation and organisational change activities under HR leadership guidance.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning for assigned areas.
• Oversee performance, reward and engagement cycles for HR-driven domains.
• Manage Employee Relations cases within authority, ensuring fair processes and records.
