You will coordinate the recruitment process, facilitate onboarding, support managers and employees, and help maintain HR records, contracts and policies. Fluency in English and French, a relevant degree, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential; a

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the recruitment process (postings, screening, interviews, hiring recommendations).
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees; assist in conflict resolution.
• Support goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning; advise managers and employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases; prepare contracts, policies, and manuals.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
