Eugenia Talent in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join a dynamic multicultural team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.

You will coordinate the recruitment process, facilitate onboarding, support managers and employees, and help maintain HR records, contracts and policies. Fluency in English and French, a relevant degree, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential; a

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of HR principles and employment laws beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the recruitment process (postings, screening, interviews, hiring recommendations).
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees; assist in conflict resolution.
• Support goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning; advise managers and employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases; prepare contracts, policies, and manuals.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
