Job summary

Deel is seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops Manager to oversee the operational processes and logistics needed to launch and scale Deel’s services in new countries and regions. You will help optimize workflows, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional experiences for clients managing international talent.

You will ensure smooth operations, scale Deel's services globally, and become a leader in transforming how global work is organized and managed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fast growth startup, BizOps, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus.
• Able to break complex problems into actionable steps and synthesize data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation skills.
• Curiosity and drive to create impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products and new markets.
• Manage end-to-end projects on top business priorities and cross-functional implementation.
• Create data-driven recommendations by analyzing large data sets.
• Solve problems and implement solutions.
• Design and improve processes for operations at scale.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements.
• Support strategic goal setting and performance management.
• Create and maintain workflows and organizational tools.
