Job summary

Deel is hiring a Program Manager for Global Mobility in Lisbon. You will oversee end-to-end client mobility, coordinating with immigration specialists and business leaders to design compliant solutions and scale Deel's mobility services.

The role requires multi-country immigration experience, strong communication, and collaboration with GTM, Product, and Sales teams. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in immigration case management or global mobility.
• Experience with multi-country immigration programs and external attorneys/vendors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client mobility programs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor program health and drive continuous improvement in immigration setup.
• Provide high-quality responses on immigration and relocation queries.
