Deel is seeking a General Manager to lead the EOR business end-to-end, owning strategy, growth, and global operational excellence. You will drive verticalization and build industry-specific EOR solutions, coordinating across product, engineering, legal, operations, finance, and GTM teams to scale and adapt to regulatory complexities.

Qualificações

• 15+ years experience in GM, operations, or workforce platforms.
• Proven track record owning and scaling large P&L businesses in high-growth environments.
• Experience in global, regulated, and operationally complex businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Own the EOR business end-to-end with full P&L and growth strategy.
• Accelerate growth and define the roadmap to expand market leadership.
• Drive verticalization and build industry-specific EOR solutions.
• Scale operations: global compliance, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal.
• Evolve the product toward a scalable, tech-enabled platform.
• Operate with data to prioritize investments and improve performance.
• Be the face of EOR to internal and external stakeholders.
