Job summary

RemotePass is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the EOR product end to end and make it the best in the market. You will sit in the Product & Operations team, reporting directly to the CEO, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from quotes to offboarding and the internal tooling that runs behind it.

You will drive discovery, set the roadmap, and work with cross‑functional teams across time zones to deliver scale and impact, including AI agents that support operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with hands‑on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products.
• Track record of shipping and scaling products built on operational complexity.
• Strong discovery skills and hands-on with AI as a product surface.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EOR lifecycle from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding.
• Set the roadmap and defend those calls.
• Lead discovery with customers, prospects, employees, and operations teams.
• Turn feedback into a prioritized product direction with clear reasoning.
• Build internal tooling and AI agents to scale EOR operations.
