Oyster is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a critical area of our Employer of Record product. You will shape customer experiences, internal tools, and workflows that enable compliant, scalable global employment from home, anywhere.

You will lead discovery with customers and operations, align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM, and create outcome-based roadmaps with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, owning end-to-end product areas.
• 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or regulated B2B domain.
• Strong systems thinking to explain interaction of policy, operations, data, and tech.
• Proven first-principles thinking: distinguish outcome from requested feature.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for an EOR sub-domain.
• Build a systems-level view of customer journeys, workflows, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle.
• Lead direct customer and operational discovery and evaluate interventions across product, process, policy, and operations.
• Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with learning plans and success measures.
• Collaborate with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, cost-to-serve, and quality.
• Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery to delivery, reducing risk.
