Orica seeks an EME BD&E Business Development Lead to drive digital growth strategy across Europe and the Middle East, overseeing the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to implementation. Lisbon is preferred, but Europe-wide applicants may apply; you will build a strong opportunity pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver high-value digital solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years in mining with Mineral Processing/Mining Engineering degree.
Mineral Processing/Metallurgical Engineering experience advantageous.
Financial analysis and budgeting experience.
Sales and Marketing using consultative selling.
Digital technology knowledge and interest to grow.
Mining process and value driver understanding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
CRM familiarity with Salesforce/M Dynamics/SAP C4C.
