BMS Engineering Recruitment in Lisbon seeks an E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead to own the development and evolution of global eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing and optimised for conversion.

You will drive the platform roadmap, lead CRO and UX improvements, and work closely with Marketing, IT and external vendors to deliver measurable commercial results. This is a full-time position with broad international scope in a medtech portfolio.

Qualificações

• Experience owning or managing eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify)
• Proven CRO and eCommerce performance track record
• Strong understanding of platform integrations and scalability
• Commercially focused with ownership and accountability
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, IT and external vendors
