ZF is seeking an E-Commerce Product Experience Specialist Global (m/f/d) for its Lisbon region location in Sao Domingos de Rana, Portugal. The role focuses on leading Digital Shelf initiatives, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams to maximize online sales and conversion.

As part of the Global Digital Shelf & Digital Commerce Demand Generation team, you will manage cross-functional projects, monitor marketplace requirements, and drive traffic and visibility

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, E-Commerce, Marketing or similar +5 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrated tangible business results within tier 1 automotive supplier or consultancy
• Experience with Digital Shelf solutions and processes, PIM and DAM systems, involving complex IT architecture
• Good knowledge of automotive E-Commerce and aftermarket products
• Proven experience in content creation and optimization, SEO and graphic design for automotive E-Commerce channels
• Strong time management skills to support multiple projects simultaneously under high time pressure
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with international cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Manage x-functional projects with Category Management, Product Data Management, IT, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Information Management and E-Commerce Domain Function to ensure Global & Regional Digital Shelf initiatives are supporting the sales plan and maximize share of wallet
• Monitor and react on change of requirements of marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, eBay) and E-Commerce vertical players to ensure continuous competitiveness and compliance of Digital Shelf
• Create and source E-Commerce channel-specific content and product information to drive traffic & increase conversion rates across all regions
• Ensure continuous publication of E-Commerce relevant content into all required channels to ensure information authority
• Alignment with external agencies, as well as utilize IT solutions to monitor and continuously improve Digital Shelf performance
• Analysis of user behaviour and work on improvement measures
• Report KPIs for Digital Shelf excellence and sell-out performance into strategy management and monthly reporting
