You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work setup, owning the optimisation roadmap and ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery of experiments and content updates.

Qualificações

• Experience with CRO and rapid site updates.
• Hands-on with A/B testing platforms and analytics.
• Familiar with CMS platforms and personalization.

Responsabilidades

• Own weekly site optimisation roadmap execution.
• Lead A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, developers and Paid Media teams.
• Monitor real-time performance and report insights.
• Segment audiences using CDPs and analytics data.
