BMS Engineering Recruitment in Lisbon seeks an E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead to own the development and evolution of global eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing and optimised for conversion.

You will drive the platform roadmap, lead CRO and UX improvements, and work closely with Marketing, IT and external vendors to deliver measurable commercial results. This is a full-time position with broad international scope in a medtech portfolio.

• Proven CRO and eCommerce performance track record

THE ROLE:

As E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead, you will own the development and evolution of global eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing and optimised for conversion. You’ll drive the platform roadmap, lead CRO and UX improvements, manage key enhancements and integrations, and work closely with Marketing, IT and external vendors to deliver measurable commercial results.

LOCATION:

Lisbon, with global responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience owning or managing eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or equivalent
• Strong track record in CRO and eCommerce performance
• Good understanding of platform architecture, integrations and scalability
• Commercially focused with strong ownership and accountability
• Confident working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT and vendors
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and user-focused
• D2C, consumer health or medical device experience desirable
